Shipping Policy
This Policy explains exactly how DAILY VITA LABS packs, processes and delivers your Ergonomic Memory Foam Seat Cushion or Car Seat Cover Towels — our order cut-off and processing times, shipping methods and costs, realistic delivery windows, customs and import obligations, and your consumer rights under the law of Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand.
Who ships your order
DAILY VITA LABS is a registered trading name of URBAN CLOTHING PTY LTD, an Australian-registered company. Wherever this Policy says "we", "us" or "DAILY VITA LABS", it means URBAN CLOTHING PTY LTD trading as DAILY VITA LABS. Every order for the Ergonomic Memory Foam Seat Cushion or Car Seat Cover Towels is packed at our Queensland dispatch point and handed to our shipping partners for delivery to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or New Zealand.
This Policy is written specifically for our two-product range and describes exactly what happens between the moment you place an order and the moment it lands on your doorstep. It should be read alongside our Return & Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your order journey and processing times
Every order moves through four stages before it reaches you. Processing happens Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland and national public holidays, and does not include the transit time shown in the Shipping Methods section below.
Order cut-off time
Orders placed before 4:00 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on a weekend or public holiday, begin processing on our next business day.
Processing time
Once your payment is confirmed, we pick, quality-check and pack your order within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays) before it is handed to our carrier.
Order confirmation
You will receive an automatic email confirming your order and, separately, a dispatch email with tracking details once your parcel leaves our Queensland dispatch point.
Peak periods
During major sale events or the December holiday season, processing may extend toward the upper end of the 1–3 business day range. We will note this on our storefront if it applies at the time you order.
Shipping methods, costs and delivery windows
We offer two shipping methods on every order of the Ergonomic Memory Foam Seat Cushion and Car Seat Cover Towels, to every country we serve. The cost and estimated transit time are shown clearly at checkout before you pay, in addition to the summary below. All timeframes are business days and begin once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, not from the moment you place your order.
Standard Shipping
Available on every order, to all five countries we serve.
All prices are shown in the customer's local currency; your bank or card provider may apply its own currency conversion if you are purchasing from outside Australia. Delivery windows are realistic estimates based on carrier data, not guarantees, and exclude customs processing time referenced in the Customs & Import Duties section below. We do not currently offer same-day or next-day delivery, split shipments, or delivery to PO Boxes, military (APO/FPO) addresses, or freight-forwarder addresses, because our carriers require a direct residential or business street address to insure and track your parcel.
Where we currently ship
DAILY VITA LABS ships from Queensland, Australia to five countries only. We do not currently ship to any other country, and our checkout will not accept an address outside this list.
Australia
Standard: 7–15 business days • Express: 5–8 business days. No customs processing, as this is a domestic delivery.
United States
Standard: 7–15 business days • Express: 5–8 business days. International parcel, may clear US Customs and Border Protection.
United Kingdom
Standard: 7–15 business days • Express: 5–8 business days. International parcel, may clear UK customs and be subject to import VAT.
Canada
Standard: 7–15 business days • Express: 5–8 business days. International parcel, may clear the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
New Zealand
Standard: 7–15 business days • Express: 5–8 business days. International parcel, may clear New Zealand Customs.
Delivery windows above are estimates supplied by our carriers and are not a guaranteed delivery date. Rural, remote or non-metropolitan addresses in any of the five countries listed may fall toward the upper end of these ranges.
Tracking your order
Every order, on either shipping method, is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Tracking link
A dispatch email containing your tracking number and carrier tracking link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Tracking updates
Tracking data can take up to 24 hours to first appear after dispatch, and international parcels sometimes show fewer scan events while in transit between countries than while moving domestically.
Account order history
If you checked out with a customer account, the same tracking information is available at any time from your order history on our storefront.

Check your spam or promotions folder, then contact support@dailyvitalabs.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Because DAILY VITA LABS ships internationally from Australia, parcels sent to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand may be assessed for import duty, customs duty, or local sales or value-added tax by the destination country. This is separate from, and additional to, the price you paid us. We disclose this clearly here, before you order, rather than leaving it as a surprise on delivery.
United States
Most orders fall under the general de minimis import threshold and typically clear US Customs and Border Protection without additional charges. Orders above this value threshold, or selected for manual review, may attract formal entry duty, payable by the recipient.
United Kingdom
As URBAN CLOTHING PTY LTD is not established in the United Kingdom, import VAT and, on higher-value orders, customs duty may be collected by our courier from you before or at the point of delivery, in line with HM Revenue & Customs rules for goods entering Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Canada
Parcels may be assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for GST/HST, applicable provincial sales tax, and customs duty where the order value exceeds Canada's low-value shipment threshold. Any amount assessed is payable by the recipient, typically to the courier on delivery.
New Zealand
Under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985, New Zealand GST may be charged at checkout on lower-value consignments where required by law. For consignments above the relevant threshold, GST and any duty are instead assessed and collected by New Zealand Customs from the recipient.
Australia
Orders delivered within Australia are domestic shipments. Australian GST, where applicable, is already included in the displayed price and no further customs charge applies.
Who is responsible for these charges
Any customs duty, import tax or brokerage fee assessed by your country's border authority is the responsibility of the recipient, is not collected by DAILY VITA LABS at checkout unless expressly stated above, and is outside our control. We recommend checking your national customs authority's current low-value consignment threshold before ordering if this is a concern. Refusing a parcel because of an import charge does not entitle you to a refund of the original shipping cost.
Delays, damage, loss and undeliverable parcels
Delays outside our control
Severe weather, customs holds, carrier network disruptions, industrial action and public holidays in the destination country can extend the delivery windows shown above. We will keep you updated if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
Lost or damaged parcels
Express Insured Shipping is covered against loss or damage in transit; if your parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed with our carrier. Standard Shipping is tracked but not separately insured; if a Standard parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will still work with you and our carrier to resolve it, consistent with the consumer guarantees described in the Rights By Country section below.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because an address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a further shipping charge may apply to cover the cost of re-sending your order.
Refused or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is refused on delivery, unclaimed from a carrier depot, or returned to us because of an unpaid customs charge, we will refund the product price once it is received back in resaleable condition, less the original outbound shipping cost and any return shipping cost we incur.
If something arrives wrong, damaged or not at all
Shipping problems are handled together with product returns under one policy, so you only need to remember one place to go. Full detail on eligibility, timeframes and how refunds are issued is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
To start a shipping-related claim, email support@dailyvitalabs.com or call +61 479 095 200 with your order number, and we will confirm next steps within 1–2 business days.
Your delivery rights, by country
These summaries are provided for transparency and general information; they sit alongside, and do not replace, independent legal advice. Nothing in this Policy limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country of residence.
Australia
Australian Consumer Law — delivery within a reasonable time
Under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), where we have not agreed a specific delivery date with you, goods must be delivered within a reasonable time. If we fail to do so, you may be entitled to remedies including cancellation and a refund.
Accurate representations
Section 18 of the Australian Consumer Law prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct. Every shipping cost, timeframe and free-shipping claim on this page and at checkout reflects our genuine current practice.
Queensland-specific
As a business registered and dispatching from Alexandra Hills, Queensland, we handle all Australian shipping disputes under the federal Australian Consumer Law, the primary law applicable to our operations nationwide.
Escalation
If a shipping dispute is not resolved directly with us, you may contact the Queensland Office of Fair Trading or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
United States
FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule
Under 16 CFR Part 435, we must ship within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no time is stated. If we cannot meet that timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of consenting to a delay or cancelling for a full refund.
FTC Act
The Federal Trade Commission Act prohibits unfair or deceptive acts around shipping costs and delivery claims; we do not misrepresent either.
State consumer protection laws
Individual states, including California, New York and others, maintain their own consumer protection statutes covering delivery representations and remedies. These apply according to your state of residence in addition to federal law.
Import screening
Parcels are subject to review by US Customs and Border Protection on entry; see the Customs & Import Duties section above.
United Kingdom
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
We must deliver your order within 30 days of the day after you order, unless we have agreed a different timeframe with you, and we must give you clear information about delivery arrangements and costs before you complete your purchase, which we do at checkout and in this Policy.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Goods must be of satisfactory quality and as described. Risk in your order remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominated, at which point risk passes to you.
Import VAT and duty
See the Customs & Import Duties section above; charges collected by our courier reflect HM Revenue & Customs requirements and are outside our control.
Escalation
If a shipping dispute is not resolved directly with us, you may seek advice from Citizens Advice or the Competition and Markets Authority. These rights apply consistently across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Canada
Provincial consumer protection statutes
Laws such as Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, and British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, regulate accurate delivery representations for online purchases and provide remedies where goods are not delivered as represented. Equivalent statutes apply in other provinces and territories.
Competition Act (federal)
Prohibits false or misleading representations in promoting a product, including claims about delivery cost or timing, at the federal level across Canada.
Quebec
Under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, consumer contracts must generally be drawn up in French unless the consumer expressly wishes to receive them in another language. If you are a Quebec resident, you may request a French-language version of this Policy by contacting us.
Escalation
Complaints can be raised with your provincial consumer protection office or the Competition Bureau of Canada.
New Zealand
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Goods must be delivered within a reasonable time where no delivery date has been agreed. If we fail to do so, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
Prohibits misleading or deceptive representations about delivery times and shipping costs; the figures in this Policy reflect our genuine, current shipping performance.
Goods and Services Tax Act 1985
Sets out when GST is collected at checkout on lower-value imported consignments versus at the border by New Zealand Customs on higher-value consignments; see the Customs & Import Duties section above.
Escalation
Complaints can be referred to the Commerce Commission or Consumer Protection, part of New Zealand's Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time as our carriers, product range, destination countries or the law change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you directly.
Contact us about your delivery
Every shipping question is answered directly by our Queensland-based support team, not an anonymous ticketing system, typically within 1–2 business days.
