Skin Care
A small Australian team, focused on one thing: everyday comfort.
DAILY VITA LABS began with a simple observation: everyday products should be easy to understand, simple to shop for and clearly described. We select practical products across supplements, skin care, hair care and everyday comfort for real routines.
DAILY VITA LABS is an Australian-based online store, operating from Alexandra Hills, Queensland. Every order, policy and customer conversation is handled by the Daily Vita Labs team under our registered ABN.
We curate a focused range of comfort and lifestyle accessories for the home, the office and the car. We do not manufacture our own raw materials; instead, we work with established production and fulfilment partners and take responsibility for how each product is described, sold and supported to you.

Your statutory rights, by country
These rights apply automatically under law wherever you are shopping from — they sit alongside, and do not replace, our own Refund Policy. The summaries below are provided for transparency and general information; they are not a substitute for independent legal advice.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Products sold by DAILY VITA LABS come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose we describe, and match the description and images shown on the product page.
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may choose to repair the item within a reasonable time.
Misleading or Deceptive Conduct
Section 18 of the ACL prohibits conduct that is misleading or deceptive. Every comparison chart, specification and claim on our product pages is written to describe our own products accurately, and any comparison against "standard" or "common" alternatives refers to general market formats rather than a named competitor.
Product Safety
Our product pages are written to provide clear shopping information. Consumer protections that apply to your purchase are not limited by this page.
Privacy Act 1988
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Full detail on what we collect, why, and how you can access or correct it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
FTC Act – Section 5
We market our products in line with the Federal Trade Commission Act's prohibition on unfair or deceptive acts or practices. Claims about materials, dimensions and function are written to be accurate and substantiated, and promotional pricing always reflects a genuine, verifiable price.
Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Rule
Under the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we only accept orders when we have a reasonable basis to believe we can ship within the timeframe stated at checkout, and we will notify you promptly of any significant delay.
Textile Labelling Rules
Where applicable, product labels and supplied care information support clear shopping choices and order assistance.
State Privacy Law (incl. California)
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) applies to a visitor, they may request access to, deletion of, or an opt-out from the sale or sharing of their personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary payment; contact us to exercise a privacy request.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the short-term right to reject, you may be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery if a product is faulty; after that, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or final right to reject.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
As a distance sale, you generally have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods once you've told us you're cancelling. Certain hygiene-sealed items may be excluded from cancellation once unsealed, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Furniture & Furnishings Fire Safety
Product information supplied for the UK market is intended to support clear shopping decisions and applicable consumer protections.

Personal data of UK visitors is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data; enquiries can be directed to us or, if unresolved, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Competition Act (Federal)
Our advertising and product claims are prepared to comply with the misleading advertising provisions of the federal Competition Act, which applies to representations made to Canadian consumers regardless of province.
Provincial Consumer Protection
Consumer protection for online purchases is primarily provincial. Depending on your province, legislation such as Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 may give you cancellation rights, delivery-disclosure requirements and remedies for undelivered or misrepresented goods, alongside our own Refund Policy.
Textile Labelling Act
Where applicable, product information for Canada is provided to support clear shopping decisions and relevant consumer protections.
PIPEDA
Personal information collected from Canadian customers is handled under the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard it.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Goods supplied to New Zealand customers are guaranteed to be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and to match their description. Where a product fails to meet a guarantee, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on whether the failure is minor or significant.
Fair Trading Act 1986
We do not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct, false representations, or unsubstantiated claims about our products, in line with the Fair Trading Act 1986, enforced by the Commerce Commission.
Cross-Border Shopping Protections
As an overseas-based online retailer selling into New Zealand, we provide the same accurate pricing, delivery estimates and return information required for cross-border transactions, and clearly disclose that prices shown may not include New Zealand GST or import charges applied on entry.
Privacy Act 2020
Personal information belonging to New Zealand customers is handled consistently with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.
From sourcing to your door — honestly explained
Product sourcing
We select comfort accessories from manufacturing partners who can meet our specifications for materials, sizing and construction. We do not claim to manufacture the products ourselves.
Description & listing
Every product page is written from the physical item, its packaging and manufacturer specification sheet — including measurements, materials and genuine customer video content — never from generic stock copy.
Order fulfilment
Orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfilment network, which may include facilities outside Australia. Regardless of dispatch location, Daily Vita Labs remains responsible for your order and customer support.
After-sales support
Every enquiry — sizing questions, order tracking, faults or returns — is answered directly by our support team, not outsourced to an anonymous ticketing system, within our stated response window.
How we protect your information and your payment
Checkout, payment processing and data storage on this store run on Shopify's infrastructure, which maintains PCI DSS-compliant payment handling. We never see or store your full card details.
Secure checkout
All transactions are encrypted in transit and processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways, including major card networks, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Minimal data collection
We collect only what's needed to process, ship and support your order — name, delivery address, contact details and order history — as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
No unsolicited selling
Marketing emails are opt-in only and every message includes a working unsubscribe link, in line with anti-spam law in each region we operate in.
We describe our products the way we'd want them described to us
Our marketing is prepared to align with the advertising codes recognised in each market we sell to — including the AANA Code of Ethics (Australia), FTC advertising guidance (United States), the CAP Code (United Kingdom), Ad Standards Canada's Canadian Code, and the ASA/Advertising Standards Authority framework (New Zealand).
Accurate comparisons
Any comparison chart on a product page refers to general market formats, never a named competitor, and is clearly labelled as such.
Genuine pricing
Prices shown reflect what you will actually pay in the currency displayed, before any applicable shipping, duties or taxes disclosed at checkout.
Clear product information
We keep product descriptions focused on the information shown on the relevant product page.
Reviews stay genuine
Customer videos and testimonials shown on our pages come from real buyers or authorised content — never fabricated.
Talk to a real person about your order
Whether it's a sizing question before you buy or a query about an order already on its way, our Queensland-based support team handles it directly.
