At Dailyvitalabs, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of health supplements, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or had the safety seal broken, unless the product is defective.
HOW TO START A RETURN To initiate a return, please contact us at Info.dailyvitalabs@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
RETURN SHIPPING AND FEES
Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was sent, Dailyvitalabs will cover the cost of return shipping.
Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of mind or accidental orders, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
