Acceptable Use Policy
Fair use,
plainly explained.
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how you may — and may not — use the DAILY VITA LABS website, place orders, submit content, and interact with our team. It exists so every genuine customer gets a fast, frUSD-free, honestly-run store, wherever in the world they're shopping from.
Why this policy exists, and what it governs
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains the rules for using the DAILY VITA LABS website at dailyvitalabs.com, browsing our Ergonomic Memory Foam Seat Cushion and Car Seat Cover Towels listings, placing an order, creating an account, contacting our support team, or leaving a review or piece of content on our platforms.
DAILY VITA LABS is a registered trading name of URBAN CLOTHING PTY LTD (ABN 78 671 782 111), an Australian-registered company based in Alexandra Hills, Queensland. Every rule below is enforced by URBAN CLOTHING PTY LTD as the seller of record and operator of this store.
This Policy sits alongside — and does not replace — our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Where those documents cover a topic in more detail, they take precedence on that specific point.
Four groups, one standard of fair use
Regardless of which category you fall into, the same expectations of honesty, security and respect apply.

What's welcome, and what isn't
The vast majority of visitors never think twice about these rules — they simply describe ordinary, honest shopping. We list them plainly so expectations are never in doubt.
You're welcome to
- Browse, compare and purchase the Ergonomic Memory Foam Seat Cushion and Car Seat Cover Towels for personal, household or genuine gift use.
- Create one account to track your own orders and communicate with our support team.
- Leave an honest review or share genuine photos and videos of a product you've actually purchased and received.
- Link to our product pages, quote short excerpts with attribution, or reference our brand name accurately in independent reviews or articles.
- Contact us with questions, complaints, sizing queries or feedback — every message reaches a real person.
- Exercise your statutory consumer rights, including cancellation, refund, repair or replacement rights under the law of your country.
Please don't
- Use stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment details, or place an order you have no intention of paying for.
- Create multiple accounts to bypass order limits, promotional restrictions or a prior account suspension.
- Use bots, scripts, scrapers or automated tools to place orders, harvest pricing, copy our catalogue or overload our servers.
- Post a fake, incentivised-without-disclosure, or competitor-targeted review, or submit content you don't hold the rights to.
- Threaten, abuse or harass our support team, or misuse our contact channels for spam, phishing or unsolicited marketing.
- Attempt to probe, hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with our website, checkout, or the Shopify platform it runs on.
Using our products the way they're designed to be used
Both items in our current range are comfort and lifestyle accessories, not medical devices, electrical goods or children's products. The notes below keep use safe, effective and within the terms of our warranty.
Seating Accessory
Ergonomic Memory Foam Seat Cushion
Intended for seated comfort and posture support on office chairs, car seats and home or dining seating, using the removable cover, non-slip base and adjustable strap as supplied.
- Do not use as a flotation device, step stool, or load-bearing support for anything other than normal seated body weight.
- Do not remove or alter the fire-safety or care label, or resell the cushion with that labelling removed.
- Do not market or resell this product with medical, orthopaedic or therapeutic claims we have not made ourselves.
Vehicle Interior Care
Car Seat Cover Towels
Designed to protect vehicle upholstery from sweat, moisture and everyday dirt, secured using the integrated snap-button headrest closure on standard front bucket seats.
- Do not fit over a seat while a vehicle is in motion, or use the headrest clip in a way that could obstruct headrest safety function.
- Do not use in place of a certified child car seat, booster seat or medical wound covering.
- Do not represent bulk-purchased towels as an authorised DAILY VITA LABS reseller without our prior written agreement.
Keeping every transaction genuine
Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure. To keep that system trustworthy for everyone, the following conduct is not permitted when ordering from DAILY VITA LABS.
No frUSDulent payment
Using a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorised card, account or payment method is frUSD, and is reported to the relevant payment provider and, where appropriate, law enforcement.
No chargeback abuse
Disputing a legitimate charge for goods you received, instead of contacting our support team first, is treated as friendly frUSD and may result in account suspension.
No duplicate accounts
Creating multiple accounts to bypass order limits, promotional restrictions, or a previous suspension is not permitted and may result in all linked accounts being closed.
No bot or scripted ordering
Automated tools used to place bulk orders, exploit pricing errors, or acquire stock for unauthorised resale are blocked, and resulting orders may be cancelled.
Genuine voices, genuine messages
Reviews and photos shape what other customers decide to buy, so we ask contributors to keep them honest — and we keep our own marketing messages opt-in and easy to leave.
Reviews must be genuine
Only submit a review, photo or video for a product you have actually purchased and received. Reviews written by, or in exchange for payment to, a person who has not used the product are prohibited.
No harassment of our team
Our support staff are real people based in Queensland. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory language toward them, however frustrated you may be, will not be tolerated.
Marketing is opt-in only
We only send promotional email or SMS to customers who have opted in, and every message includes a working unsubscribe or "STOP" option, consistent with anti-spam law in each region we serve.
No misuse of our contact channels
Our email and phone lines exist for order support and genuine enquiries. Spam, phishing attempts, or automated messages sent to our team through these channels will be blocked and reported.
Our content, and yours
Product photography, descriptions and the DAILY VITA LABS name and logo are the property of URBAN CLOTHING PTY LTD or its licensors. We're glad to have our products talked about — here's how to do it fairly.
Fair use welcomed
Linking to our pages, quoting a short excerpt with attribution, or writing an honest independent review that references our brand name accurately is always welcome.
No copying our listings
Reproducing our product photography, video content or written descriptions on another storefront or marketplace listing, in whole or in substantial part, is not permitted without our written consent.
No misuse of our brand
Using the DAILY VITA LABS or URBAN CLOTHING PTY LTD name, logo or trade dress to imply an affiliation, sponsorship or authorised reseller status that does not exist is prohibited.
Keeping our platform safe for every shopper
Our store runs on Shopify's hosted infrastructure. Any attempt to interfere with, exploit or gain unauthorised access to it is treated as a serious breach of this Policy — and, in many of the countries we serve, as a criminal offence in its own right.

Commercial email sent to United States customers complies with the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate sender information, no misleading subject lines, and a working opt-out mechanism honoured promptly.
State Consumer Protection & Privacy Law
State-level unfair and deceptive practices statutes, and privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), apply in addition to federal law and are respected on a state-by-state basis.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
This Policy does not restrict your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, including your short-term right to reject faulty goods.

Unauthorised access to, or modification of, our website or checkout systems is an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and will be reported to Action FrUSD, the UK's national reporting centre for cybercrime.
PECR & Marketing Rules
Electronic marketing sent to UK customers complies with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), meaning consent-based opt-in and a clear means of opting out at any time.
UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018
Attempting to access another customer's account or personal data without authorisation is a breach of this Policy and may also breach the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Competition Act (Federal)
Fake reviews, misleading pricing displays and deceptive marketing are addressed consistently with the misleading advertising and deceptive marketing practices provisions of the federal Competition Act.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
This Policy does not restrict your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to goods that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Commercial electronic messages sent to New Zealand customers comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, requiring consent, accurate sender details and a functional unsubscribe option.
Privacy Act 2020
Personal information belonging to New Zealand customers is handled consistently with the Privacy Act 2020; unauthorised access to another customer's account or data breaches both this Policy and the Act.
How we respond to a breach of this Policy
Action is proportionate to the conduct involved. A genuine mistake is handled very differently to deliberate frUSD or abuse.
Review
Our team reviews the order, account activity or content in question against this Policy, our Terms of Service, and the relevant consumer protection law.
Warning or correction
For a minor or first-time issue, we will usually contact you directly with a warning or a request to correct the conduct — for example, removing a duplicate account or amending content.
Order cancellation or account suspension
For frUSDulent, abusive or repeated conduct, we may cancel affected orders, refund any amount already charged where appropriate, and suspend or close the associated account.
Referral where required
Payment frUSD, unauthorised system access, or other criminal conduct is reported to the relevant payment provider, platform, or law enforcement authority in the country concerned.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our website, or the law in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or New Zealand. Any update will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
For significant changes that affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to make the update clear, such as a notice on this page or in our email communications.
